Others, Shrines and Temples

The shrine is at the top of the stone steps of Jison-in temple. It is a shrine united with the temple Jison-in from long ago and was the chief Ujigami (local deity) of the Kanshofusho (a manor exempted from tax). The main hall of the shrine (National Important Cultural Property) is in a late Muromachi-era- style which you can see the vestiges of when it was moved from the former place.
