Shakanokoshi Kofun

The burial mound shaped square at the front and rounded in the rear measures 120 meters including the moat around it. The leveled tomb is covered with slates (fukiishi) and has 2 to 3 tiers. It is uncertain where the actual burial chamber is, but an ancient golden magatama (beads shaped like commas) was discovered here.
