							Kinzanji miso is a kind of preserved food with summer vegetables pickled in fermented soy paste. Born in the Kamakura period, it is now widely made in Yuasa town, Arida-county. The store has a wide selection of other Wakayama-made products such as Umeboshi (pickled plums).
