Kanazawa Juo-ken

The shop was established in 1911. It has been preserving their tradition since from rice cakes to seasonal Japanese sweets, to meet the needs of their customers. You must try their Kashiwa-mochi (sweet rice cake wrapped in an oak leaf) and Kinako-dango (steamed dumplings served with sweet soy powder). The owners are the third and fourth generation since their establishment.
