Imoseyama is a mountain that is often described in the Manyoshu because of its excellent scenery. Mainly walking along Yamato-kaido, the route leads you to the estimated location of the Hagiwara-umaya (a lodging place) and Seyama to the JR Nishikaseda Station. You can feel how straight-lined the Nankaido was made to be.
