Fukusho-ji temple

The temple used to be the place for praying for the Kii feudal lord in the Edo period. The main temple (an Important Cultural Property) is assumed to be built in the mid-Muromachi period. The neighboring building Gumonji-do (also an Important Cultural Property) was built in 1650. In the west side of the precinct, there is a waterfall which you can go around and see from behind.
